于镭，澳大利亚南澳大学博士。山东大学杰出中青年学者、教授，北京外国语大学客座教授(校聘)。在Cambridge Review of International Affairs, Communist and Post-communist Studies，International Affairs等国内外学刊发表论文40余篇，出版China-Australia Relations：the Perspectives of Complex Interdependence (Routledge)等中英文专著6部。
